Bathroom & Kitchen Remodel Plumbing in Tampa, FL

Remodels live or die on what's inside the walls. We handle the plumbing side of your bathroom or kitchen project — rough-ins, relocated fixtures, in-wall toilet systems, and venting done to code — and coordinate closely with your contractor or designer so the schedule actually holds.

Overview

Bathroom & Kitchen Remodel Plumbing

A remodel is the best time to fix everything that's ever bothered you about a bathroom or kitchen — move the vanity, widen the shower, finally get a floating toilet with a clean in-wall tank system, add a second sink. It's also the point where plumbing mistakes get expensive fast if they're not planned correctly before drywall goes up.

We work directly from your design plans (or your contractor's) to rough in supply and drain lines, relocate fixtures, and install in-wall systems like Geberit tank units for wall-hung or floating toilets. Every rough-in is inspected before it's closed up, and we schedule trim-out around your tile, cabinetry, and fixture-set timeline so nothing holds up the job.

  • In-wall toilet tank systems (Geberit & similar)
  • Sink, tub & shower relocation
  • New supply & drain rough-ins for additions
  • Code-compliant DWV venting
  • Tankless & standard water heater tie-in
  • Direct coordination with your GC or designer

Our Process

How It Works

1

Design Walkthrough

We review your plans (or your contractor's) and flag anything that affects venting, slope, or fixture placement early.

2

Rough-In Plumbing & Inspection

Supply, drain, and vent lines go in and pass inspection before the walls close.

3

Fixture Set & Trim-Out

Once tile and cabinetry are in, we come back to set fixtures, faucets, and in-wall systems.

4

Final Test & Walkthrough

Every fixture is tested for leaks and proper flow before we sign off with you.

Questions

Bathroom & Kitchen Remodel Plumbing FAQ

Yes — in-wall tank systems for wall-hung or floating toilets are one of our most common remodel requests. We install the carrier and tank system, run supply and waste correctly for the model you've chosen, and coordinate the wall build-out with your contractor.
Absolutely. Most of our remodel work happens alongside a GC, tile setter, and cabinet installer. We're glad to join a walkthrough, work from your plans, and keep our rough-in and trim-out visits scheduled around the rest of the project.
It depends on your home's existing drain layout, slope, and venting — sometimes it's a simple move, other times it needs new venting to meet code. We evaluate this on-site during the design walkthrough so there are no surprises once demo starts.
Most fixture relocations and new rough-in work require a permit and inspection in Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa. We pull permits and schedule inspections as part of the project.
